DVD replacement Jiminy Salutes MSEP

Over time with normal wear and usage you may need to replace your
DVD. Only a person in possession of the registered audio CD can
purchase a replacement or additional DVDs. Because your DVD is a
Bonus DVD that accompanies the limited edition CD, you must follow
these steps to purchase a replacement DVD.

1. Your certificate is registered or you may have received your CD /DVD
      as a gift. In the comments section on the shopping cart page titled:
"Billing Information", please type your existing certificate number
so it can be verified.

2. The price of a replacement DVD is $8.00 (shipping is free). You will
receive a new DVD inside a sleeve. Your replacement products will
have your original certificate numbers on them.

3. You may purchase as many replacements as you wish and even
      make multiple purchases of the replacements in a single order;
however, all replacements will have your original certificate number.

You can only purchase a replacement Bonus DVD if you have previously purchased the registered audio CD. In the "Comments" box in the "Billing Information" page of the shopping cart, please type your Certificate of Authenticity number so it can be verified and placed on your replacement DVD.
